"I was excited /nervous as I didn't know what to expect as I hadn't done yoga before. I was excited to meet other mums at the same stage as myself and hopefully make some friends!"

Before starting yoga, I felt very stressed and emotional but by going to the classes I’d come out relaxed and the weight lifted off my shoulders. Juggling a toddler, pregnancy and work got stressful and having a bit of ‘me time’ and a chat really made me feel good about myself and I felt I had more energy for the next week.

I really benefitted from the breathing techniques and relaxation. Either to get me to go to sleep or when I had my caesarean, it really helped me to relax and keep calm. I still try and use them now.

Laura is a very friendly, approachable and knowledgeable professional. The classes were well structured and the classes had a different subject each week to think about and discuss! I have made some lovely friends since then and hope to continue to meet up with our babies! I would highly recommend doing pregnancy yoga …you never know what you will get out of it : )
