Pregnancy Yoga Classes
Classes are designed to help you relax and unwind, strengthen your body for birth and inform you of your choices, making you feel calm and in control. The classes provide precious time in your busy week to tune into yourself and your baby. The atmosphere is warm, friendly and down-to-earth. It’s a great way of meeting other like-minded mums and this support network can continue long after the birth of your baby.
